On May 24, 2006 Dave will be honored as Freddie Mac's "Idealist of the Year" at the IDEALISM IN ACTION Gala put on by CityYear, a nonprofit group that serves the Washington area through the volunteer efforts of young people.  Dave will be honored at the event for the impact he has made on the lives of burn survivors and the community by his volunteerism activities including; mentoring at area burn camps, peer support and fire prevention education.  Dave holds the position of Director of New Products in the Finance division at Freddie Mac.
